1. How much time does it take to fill a custom order?
An excellent question! It can take anywhere from two weeks to several months. The single most important determining factor is whether or not we have the fabric readily available. Often clients require specific fabrics and colors that are not in stock.
Other factors include the time of year, as some months are busier than others, as well as whether we’ve made the specific product before.
2. How long does it take for orders of “ready made” products to be filled?
Although we’ve been known to provide next day turn around, it typically takes anywhere from 3 to 14 days to ship out an order. Some factors that contribute to the delay include: whether we have the art work on file and product availability from our suppliers.
3. What are your product minimums?
Another very good question. For our custom Arc Tech products, our minimums begin at 100 units. There are exceptions to this and if you require less, let us know.
For products that we are reselling, minimums vary from product to product. Generally, the minimums begin at 12 units.
4. What products do you supply other than clothing?
We have access to all the products and more of any traditional promotional distributor.
We offer a wide variety of products for travel, recreational and business pursuits. From unique pens and flashlights to mugs, travel bags and digital picture frames, we have yet to find a product that did not satisfy our client’s needs.
5. Are your products NAFTA friendly?
Unless otherwise specified, all Arc Tech products are made in Canada and can be shipped to the USA. Typically, there is no duty on our products. If there is any duty on the products, we will advise you of this in advance.
6. Why choose Arc Tech Designs?
That’s a fair question. We’d like to say it’s because we’re “nice guys”, but that may not be enough for the skeptics. To elaborate: We are known for our personalized service, and for getting the job done on time and within the budgetary constraints our clients. As well, we think “outside the box” and strive to exceed our clients’ expectations.
