At Arc Tech Designs, we are proud to “march to the beat of a different drum.” We have been in business for over 12 years, and do not do things like most companies in the Premium Incentive business. For one thing, we still believe that there’s tremendous added value to produce most of our products domestically. For another, we don’t just sell “cookie cutter” promotional products out of a catalogue. We create “high-end” retail quality products tailored to the specific needs of a particular client. Our products stand out from our competitors in terms of originality and quality. Of course it doesn’t end with the quality of the “product”. As far as we’re concerned, the quality of the service is just as important.
Producing domestically affords us the flexibility to produce high quality custom products quickly and efficiently with relatively low minimums. As well, it helps us ensure that our products are produced in safe and fair working environments. For the few products produced overseas, we ensure that working conditions are safe and that employees are treated fairly.
